State Licensed MD Team Leader

Leading a team of nurse practitioners, the full-time State Licensed MD Team Leader will mentor and develop clinicians while managing a small patient panel, focusing on clinical excellence and operational improvement in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a team of physicians to achieve clinical, operational, and engagement goals Monitor team performance across quality, clinical outcomes, and productivity metrics while conducting regular performance reviews Identify trends and opportunities for improvement in care delivery and support the implementation of new programs and workflows Required qualifications MD or DO degree with an unrestricted license to practice medicine in at least one U.S. state Board certification in a relevant specialty 2+ years of direct people management experience, including coaching and performance management Demonstrated success in leading teams to achieve clinical, quality, and engagement goals Strong coaching and feedback skills, with a passion for developing physicians and future leaders
