Manager Fixed Income Settlements

The Manager Fixed Income Settlements is responsible for leading a team supporting the settlement of fixed income securities across multiple products and legal entities. This role provides leadership and oversight of daily settlement operations while ensuring a strong risk and control framework is maintained.

The successful candidate will lead and manage a team of 510 settlement professionals, providing oversight of daily operational workflows, risk management, and operational performance. This individual will partner closely with front office trading desks, technology teams, and other operational groups to ensure operational efficiency, strong client service, and effective exception management across the trade lifecycle.

This role provides an opportunity to influence operational strategy supporting a large and growing Fixed Income franchise. The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening front-to-back operational alignment, enhancing settlement efficiency, and ensuring a strong risk and control framework across the trade lifecycle.
