Job Description Job Description Job Title: Pharmacy Tech II Location: Miami, FL 33126 Duration: 6+ Months Pay Range for role: $20.00 - $24.00 per hr. Position Summary: The Pharmacy Technician duties will be responsible but not limited to the following: working alongside our pharmacy staff in data entry, prior authorizations, copay assistance and ensuring patient adherence to therapy by calling patients to ensure they receive their delivery of medication in a timely manner. As a Pharmacy Technician in growing segment of healthcare, you will work with cutting edge technology and complex therapies that are delivered to patients' homes and doctor's offices. Looking for a dedicated, motivated, and patient-driven bi-lingual Registered Pharmacy Technician. Passionate about providing specialty services to disease states such as HIV, Hep-C, Oncology, and Autoimmune diseases. The Pharmacy Technician will work alongside pharmacy staff in data entry, prior authorizations, copay assistance, and ensuring patient adherence to therapy. Duties: The Pharmacy Technician duties will be responsible but not limited to the following: working alongside our pharmacy staff in data entry, prior authorizations, copay assistance and ensuring patient adherence to therapy by calling patients to ensure they receive their delivery of medication in a timely manner. Complete order entry and refills under the supervision of the pharmacist. Inventory management and storage, complete appropriate documentation, such as labels, log sheets and reports. Participate in on call rotation as indicated by staffing and business needs. Experience: At least 1 year experience as a pharmacy technician Education: Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required.
