CDL A Company Truck Driver - Drop & Hook, Local or Regional Routes

Overview Role: Home Daily (Regional Drivers Home Weekly). Drop & Hook 95%. Weekly average earnings $1,500-$2,000 gross, CPM up to $0.69. Compensation & Incentives $0.55-$0.69 CPM based on experience. Regional drivers earn an extra $0.10 CPM. Additional safety bonus opportunities. Extra stops and premium pay bonuses. 6th Day Pay of $200 plus applicable mileage and other bonuses. Deliver freight from distribution centers to stores and depots. Complete routes of 95% Drop & Hook freight. Maintain compliance with ELD, vehicle inspection, DOT regulations and safety standards. Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections and ensure safe operation of equipment. Perform all other duties as assigned. Qualifications Valid Class A CDL license. Minimum 1 year of all‑weather CDL A driving experience. Clean driving record with no major accidents. No alcohol or drug‑related driving convictions. Strong communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Working knowledge of DOT rules and regulations.
