Year 1 income: $160,000 to $200,000 for a successful candidate

About Us:
Five Star Bath Solutions has a 30-year track record and over 100 locations nationwide. We are expanding rapidly in Connecticut and building a high-performance sales team. We are looking for an anchor salesperson to lead from the ground floor, to close deals, and eventually lead a high-performance sales team.

What you'll be doing

• Run pre-set in-home appointments (no cold calling or door knocking!)
• Present our bath remodeling solutions using a proven consultative process
• Close on the first visit; 90% of our customers who buy do so same day
• Represent a nationally recognized brand with industry-leading products and warranty 
• Attend sales training designed to improve your skills

What we are looking for

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous sales experience (in-home or face-to-face sales roles a plus)
• Ability to build trust quickly with homeowners
• Competitive and goal-oriented mindset
• Passion for helping homeowners improve their homes
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Sales professionals ready to earn more
• Individuals who take pride in the company they represent

Compensation
A successful first-year rep earns $160,000 to $200,000. Top performers earn more. There is no income ceiling .
