The ideal candidate has deep Salesforce expertise, strong integration experience, and a proven track record in designing complex, global solutions for the Consumer Goods cloud project.Your skills & experience:10+ years Salesforce architecture experience, with 2+ years on Consumer Goods Cloud Retail ExecutionSalesforce Certified Application Architect & System Architect (or active path to both)Hands-on design experience with Visit Planning, Visit Execution, In-Store Tasks, Surveys, Assessments, and Retail Store objectsDeep knowledge of CG Cloud offline mobile architecture, sync conflict resolution, and performance tuning for field usersProven integration architecture across SAP S/4 or ECC, Salesforce Order Management, and Data CloudExperience defining data models, sharing models, and territory/route hierarchies at enterprise scaleStrong background leading technical design reviews, governance, and architecture decision recordsDemonstrated client-facing experience as lead architect on at least one full CG Cloud implementationNice to have:Consumer Goods Cloud Accredited Professional credentialWorking knowledge of Trade Promotion Management (TPM) and Retail Execution PlusFamiliarity with Einstein for CG, Data Cloud activation, and CRMA for field analyticsExperience with Salesforce Industries (Omni Studio) or prior Vlocity background.The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $82,082 - $193,440. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
