ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Thank you for considering working for Jason Davidson State Farm Agency. I attended North Cobb High School and graduated with a marketing degree from West Georgia College. I have been married to my wife Debbie for 27 years and we have three daughters. My family and I love to spend time outdoors and on the lake camping and hiking. I am also an avid hunter. We all enjoy horseback riding and ATVs at our farm nearby! I really enjoy off roading in my CJ7 Jeep most! I currently serve on the Board for Fellowship of Christian Athletes and especially enjoy UGA games and attending my daughter's softball games.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: Jason Davidson - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
