Legal Billing CoordinatorA San Francisco–based law firm with more than 75 years of experience in immigration law is looking for a Legal Billing Coordinator. The firm specializes in corporate and individual immigration matters, assisting employers and foreign nationals with work visas, green cards, compliance, and related immigration services.The Legal Billing Coordinator will be responsible for managing the firm's billing operations to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant invoicing. This role works closely with attorneys, legal assistants, and clients to maintain billing accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and support the firm's financial processes.Responsibilities:Prepare, review, and process client invoices in accordance with firm policies and client billing guidelinesEdit and audit attorney time entries for accuracy, completeness, and complianceCoordinate electronic billing (e-billing) submissions and resolve rejections or discrepanciesCommunicate with attorneys and staff regarding billing issues, rates, and billing narrativesManage billing cycles, including monthly, interim, and special billing requestsQualifications:Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred2+ years of legal billing or law firm accounting experienceFamiliarity with legal billing software and e-billing platformsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsWorking Situation:1 day in office per weekCompensation/Benefits:Base Salary: $80-110k+, commensurate with experience.Benefits Package: Comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match program, vacation and sick time, paid holidays, and professional development/career growth programs.
