Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Current state SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
• Previous experience in a school-based environment highly valued
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Innovative problem-solver committed to fostering student success

Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ speech, language, and communication needs through screenings and evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) focused on communicative growth
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy for students with varied disabilities and support needs
• Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to maximize student progress
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation to ensure compliance with school and state policies
• Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and collaborative planning sessions
