All Employees are required to :

• Maintain compliance with all corporate-mandated training certification requirements.
• Maintain a positive, can-do attitude and demeanor conducive to a 5-star Guest experience.
• Maintain compliance with all company, store, federal, state, and local policies, procedures, laws and ordinances as required (particularly with regards to food, health, and safety).
• Maintain a just-opened store and personal appearance - unless actively making a product, all employees should be cleaning, all the time.
• Advocate and demonstrate Marco’s Cultural Beliefs on a daily basis.
• Demonstrate teamwork and a sense of urgency.
• Abide by all policies as set forth in the Handbook and the Marco’s Manuals.
• Reads tickets and makes all Guest orders correctly.
• Operate all machinery in accordance with Marco’s safety requirements and all applicable state and federal laws (by law, employees under the age of 18 cannot operate or clean certain machinery).
• Follows Marco’s procedures for preparing dough, sauce, and toppings, and correctly making all Marco’s products.
• Maintains supply of toppings and supplies on the makeline and the cut table.
• Maintains cleanliness of the store.
• Monitors the ovens and the baking process.

With close to half of Marco's customers ordering for delivery, we count on drivers to be our ambassadors to the front doors of our delivery community. Safety comes first, and you will be trained on in-store and on-the-road best practices for pizza delivery. With a good driving record, auto insurance and the desire and ability to delivery great customer service with every pizza, you have the makings of a successful job or career at Marco's.
You may also receive cross-training in pizza making, order taking and more, expanding on skills that will take you a long way in the pizza business. Responsibilities:

• Responsible for delivering our high-quality products to our customers in a safe, courteous, and timely manner.
• You will also be cross-trained to perform the duties of our in-store team members including: pizza making, ordering taking and more!

Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License
• Clean 3 year driving record
• Proof of Liability Insurance
• Positive Attitude
• Customer Service Oriented
• Basic Math Skills
• Must be team player
