FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers - Greece, NY is hiring full-time Physical Therapists. New graduates and experienced PTs are both encouraged to apply.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $75,000-$85,000
• Signing bonus: $2,500+ (commensurate with experience)

Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Perform new-patient evaluations/exams
• Diagnose patients, evaluate physical activity limitations
• Create a plan that sets a goal and completion date
• Equip patients with PT intervention techniques/exercises, track progress
• Establish a diagnosis of condition or conditions and their impact on activity
• Provide education to patients & caregivers on techniques for the continuation of care
• Measure and track intervention effectiveness
• Other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
• Active New York State PT license, or eligibility to obtain one
• 1+ years of outpatient PT experience preferred; newgraduates are welcome to apply
• Strong communication and patient rapport skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care
