Mobile Notary Signing Agent Opportunity In Finley, Tennessee
Certified Mobile Notary Service is hiring mobile notary signing agents in Finley, Tennessee. If you hold a notary commission and want to earn $75 - $200 per loan signing on your own schedule, we want to hear from you. This is a U.S. only opportunity.
Lenders, title companies, and escrow offices in Tennessee rely on trained notary signing agents to close loans quickly and correctly. You will guide borrowers in Finley through refinance, purchase, HELOC, reverse mortgage, and seller packages, notarize the required documents, and return the completed package by the deadline.
Key duties include conducting mobile and remote notarization of mortgage loan documents for clients in Finley and surrounding areas. You will verify the identity of signers and administer oaths or affirmations as required. You will walk borrowers through their loan package and make sure every signature, date, and initial is completed. You will accurately complete notarial certificates and keep a complete notary journal and log. You will return signed loan packages to the lender, title, or escrow company by the required deadline. You will ensure compliance with Tennessee and federal notary laws and regulations. You will maintain the confidentiality and security of sensitive borrower documents. You will provide exceptional customer service and professional communication with borrowers and clients.
The ideal candidate must be a U.S. citizen with a high school diploma or equivalent. You need an active notary public commission in your state of residence. You should be proficient with remote notarization platforms and technology. You should have knowledge of mortgage documents and loan signing terminology. You should have strong attention to detail and organizational skills. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be able to work independently and meet deadlines. You should be familiar with state and federal notary laws and regulations.
Job requirements include a high-speed internet connection, a reliable computer with a camera and microphone, a printer, a mobile phone, reliable transportation, and a home office set up.
Payment is $75 - $200 per loan signing appointment. Schedule and location are flexible contract work. Remote and mobile assignments in Finley, Tennessee and the surrounding area, U.S. only.
