Seeking motivated, customer-focused professionals to join our team as Customer Service Retention & Sales Representatives. You'll assist customers with service-related concerns, disconnected service situations, account questions, and retention conversations. You'll listen and follow up to customer needs, resolve issues, and recommend products and services that provide value while helping retain customers.

This is an inbound call center position.

Customer Service Retention & Sales Representative

Location: Augusta, GA 30907
Pay: $17.00/hour + Performance-Based Bonuses (Average $400–$450/month; top performers earn significantly more)

Hours:  Need people who can work any shift from 8 am to 8 pm EST (they may have shift changes last minutes so need to be pretty flexible)

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service over the phone.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Retain customers by identifying needs and presenting appropriate solutions.
• Utilize consultative selling techniques to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Explain products, services, pricing, and promotions clearly and accurately.
• Process account updates, service requests, and retention transactions.
• Follow established call flows and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation and account records.
• Navigate multiple systems while engaging customers effectively.
• Meet performance goals related to customer satisfaction, retention, and sales outcomes.
• Build long-term customer loyalty through personalized service and value-based recommendations.

Requirements

• Outstanding customer service skills
• Strong sales and upselling abilities
• Excellent communication and active listening
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Confidence overcoming objections and presenting solutions
• A results-driven mindset focused on retention and customer satisfaction

Preferred

• 2+ years of call center or high-volume customer service experience
• Previous retention, save desk, subscription, or customer support experience
• Sales experience including:
• • Inside sales
  • Upselling
  • Cross-selling
  • Consultative sales
  • Revenue-generating customer support
• Proven ability to influence customer decisions and recommend value-based solutions
• High school diploma or equivalent
