Cryptologic Cyber Planner We are looking for a Cryptologic Cyber Planner to join a growing team in Annapolis Junction, MD. Responsibilities Experience supporting cyber, intelligence, or collection mission areas Experience with strategic and/or operational planning (e.g., joint operations) Ability to collaborate across teams and external stakeholders Strong organizational and communication skills Experience supporting IC or DoD mission environments preferred Qualifications Requirements for each level are listed below. Level 1 A High School diploma/GED with 6 years of relevant experience, OR An Associate’s degree with 4 years of relevant experience, OR A Bachelor’s degree with no experience required Degree in Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, or related field preferred (degree in any field acceptable) Level 2 A High School diploma/GED with 9 years of relevant experience, OR An Associate’s degree with 7 years of relevant experience, OR A Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience, OR A Master’s degree with 3 years of relevant experience, OR A Doctoral degree with 2 years of relevant experience Degree in Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, or related field preferred (degree in any field acceptable) Level 3 A High School diploma/GED with 12 years of relevant experience, OR An Associate’s degree with 10 years of relevant experience, OR A Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of relevant experience, OR A Master’s degree with 6 years of relevant experience, OR A Doctoral degree with 4 years of relevant experience Degree in Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, or related field preferred (degree in any field acceptable) Level 4 A High School diploma/GED with 15 years of relevant experience, OR An Associate’s degree with 13 years of relevant experience, OR A Bachelor’s degree with 11 years of relevant experience, OR A Master’s degree with 9 years of relevant experience, OR A Doctoral degree with 7 years of relevant experience Degree in Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, or related field preferred (degree in any field acceptable) US citizenship and an active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required Equal Opportunity Statement The Swift Group and Subsidiaries are an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer. Pay Range Pay Range: $49,996.80 - $290,004.00. Pay ranges are a general guideline and not intended as a guaranteed and/or implied final compensation or salary for this job opening.
