Porter

Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Porter / Groundskeeper to help maintain the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of residential communities. This role plays a key part in creating a welcoming environment for residents and visitors. Key Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness of common areas including walkways, stairwells, parking lots, and laundry rooms Pick up trash and debris throughout the property on a daily basis Assist with light maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, minor repairs, and reporting larger issues Clean and prepare vacant units as needed (trash-outs) Support maintenance team with basic duties and work orders Ensure proper disposal of waste and recycling materials Monitor property grounds for safety hazards and report concerns promptly Qualifications Previous porter, janitorial, or groundskeeping experience preferred Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong attention to detail and work ethic Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift Reliable transportation and consistent attendance required #J-18808-Ljbffr
