Role Overview As a Senior Consultant on the Brand Strategy team, you will apply strategic, analytical, and creative thinking to solve challenging brand issues for clients daily. You will consult across industries worldwide on topics such as positioning, brand architecture, naming, customer experience, and signature cues. Responsibilities Research and Build Ideas – gather, organize, and summarize data on client business strategy, industry dynamics, best practices, communications audits, and customer insights to identify key implications. Conduct in‑depth interviews with client management and key stakeholders. Support case team planning and analysis of quantitative and qualitative customer/prospect research (discrete choice analysis, focus groups). Use findings and insights to create compelling content and stories. Develop strategic concepts, collect evidence, and design a well‑structured process and solution. Collaborate with consultants and designers to explore alternatives and develop thinking. Contribute to the storyline of client presentations and present internally and externally. Support new business efforts by creating content in proposals. Qualifications At least 3 years in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, brand strategy, brand management, innovation, or strategic planning. Ability to think creatively while building on and relating work to past experience. Outstanding presentation, writing, and interpersonal skills; effective communication at all levels. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA or equivalent welcomed. Passionate about problem‑solving, creative expression, and improving how companies relate to customers. Methodical, rigorous, and flexible approach to solutions. Willingness to push thinking, tackle issues from multiple angles, and provide outstanding brand ideas. Appetite for learning and wrestling with challenging topics across diverse industries. High standards and collaborative spirit within project teams. Compensation & Benefits Base salary range: $100,000 – $120,000, based on experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. Performance‑based incentives.
