Help Desk I - On-Site IT Technician (Fort Worth)

EECU is seeking a Help Desk Support I to join our downtown Fort Worth office. The role focuses on receiving and addressing end-user support requests by phone or electronic means, creating and updating tickets, and communicating with users until resolution. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware, software, peripherals, and user access; providing on-site support; and ensuring ticket documentation and follow-up. In-office, schedule Mon-Fri 10:00–19:00 with rotating Saturdays. #J-18808-Ljbffr EECU Credit Union
