Our organization is currently seeking a Board-Certified OB/GYN to become a part of our Hospitalist team in Bryan, OH.

Ideal candidates should:

• Exhibit clinical excellence, outstanding communication abilities, and possess a current skill set to practice the full range of OB/GYN.
• Demonstrate the confidence and expertise necessary to manage obstetrical and gynecological emergencies.
• Be prepared to collaborate with service line leadership, nursing staff, and other specialties to enhance patient safety and quality initiatives.

The Team

• We are establishing a network of qualified OB/GYN physicians to provide coverage in our community hospitals offering obstetric services.
• The OB/GYN hospitalist community program will include a mix of full-time, part-time, and PRN physicians, with opportunities to rotate among our hospitals.

Role Specifics

• This full-time position requires 79, 24-hour in-house shifts annually.
• In-house responsibilities encompass labor and delivery management, handling obstetric emergencies, postpartum care, gynecologic consultations, and emergency surgical interventions as necessary.
• Some clinic responsibilities will be expected during weekday business hours, which may involve office visits, NST/ultrasound interpretation, and support for CNM/NP.
• Shift assignments will be determined based on community and regional needs.
• Must hold American Board Certification .
• A minimum of 1-3 years of OB/GYN experience is required.
• Provide assistance to PPG OB/GYN & Family Practice providers.
• Help coordinate Maternal Transports from our community hospitals to PRMC as needed.
