Job Overview Pay is in the top 1% for this field compared to similar jobs on Indeed. Schedule: Thursday and Friday 11:30am - 9:30pm and Saturday and Sunday 6am - 4:30pm (PST) We are looking for an experienced medical scheduler to join our 15-doctor practice. Job Duties Manage and rearrange the schedule for 15 full‑time doctors. Utilize extensive scheduling experience in a medical office environment. Ensure medical clearances are received prior to surgery. Maintain and update doctors' schedules throughout the day. Reschedule patient appointments via telephone or text. Prepare and compile medical records. Core Qualifications Excellent familiarity with medical terminology. Knowledge of A1C and blood pressure. Superior proficiency in handling electronic medical records. Strong skills in patient requirement documentation. Good oral and written communication skills.
