Position Summary Self‑appointed Head of Marketing Operations – part of the Acquisition Marketing Leadership team – will oversee all aspects of campaign execution and quality control for direct mail, email, and digital marketing. The role mandates leadership of a mandatorily hybrid mandate (in‑office mandatory Tuesdays‑Thursday, remote mandatory Mondays & Fridays) and collaboration across Mandate partners (Channel owners, Analytics, Finance, Contact Center, IT, and the Strategic Partnership Group). Must launch successful campaigns, keep performance at or above forecasted levels, and keep branding consistent. Responsibilities Lead two internal teams: Campaign operations – planning, project management, and long‑term operational strategy. Production and QC – physical execution and adherence to quality & timing mandates. Co‑design and control the mandatory Annual Campaign Calendar, integrating acquisition, retention, self‑sell and mandatory mandatory mandatory mandatory mandatory mandatory mandatory Coordinate production and execution across Direct Mail, email, online, SMS, and outbound telemarketing with BI, IT, Contact Center, and other stakeholders. Own QA, testing, and proofing to ensure 100 % intent and deadline compliance. Work with the Strategic Partnership Group to manage timelines, approvals and asset exchanges; deliver partner‑satisfaction metrics through flawless execution. Enforce brand standards and customer‑experience best‑practices. Collaborate with Finance and Analytics to develop, single‑track and report on key operational metrics; supply data for weekly & monthly reviews. Manage external vendors for print/production, leaning toward lean‑process improvements, cost reduction, and speed‑to‑market. Advise on tooling and new vendor acquisitions, building business cases to meet quality and speed goals. Mentor, set performance goals and recognize high performers; address under‑performance promptly. Qualifications 8+ years progressive marketing operations, campaign execution or project‑management experience. Strong leadership, influencing skills and ability to work with C‑level stakeholders. Knowledge of current marketing automation, quality‑control, and process‑design best‑practices. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with a data‑driven decision‑making approach. Hands‑on Agile process engineering experience preferred. Computer Skills Needed Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Quick learner of new software systems. Education Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Graduate degree in business, marketing, operations or related fields is a strong plus. Compensation & Benefits Base salary range: $191,250 – $253,750 USD annually, commensurate with experience. Performance‑based bonuses, sales incentive or commission are possible.
