Senior Financial Analyst
Location: Manchester, NH (hybrid after 90 days)
Compensation: up to $100k salary, depending on experience
We're seeking a highly analytical and business-minded Senior Financial Analyst to support strategic decision-making, financial planning, and operational performance across a growing organization. This role partners closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights, drive forecasting accuracy, and improve financial visibility across the business.

Responsibilities

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning
Analyze financial and operational performance, identifying trends and key business drivers
Build financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic initiatives
Develop dashboards, KPIs, and executive-level reporting
Partner with teams across operations, sales, procurement, and supply chain
Improve reporting processes, tools, and data accuracy
Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Analytics, or related field
5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI/reporting tools (Power BI preferred)
Experience working with ERP and financial reporting systems
Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
