Product Manager

Nextlex

Own the product vision and roadmap for key areas of the Nextlex platform. This role translates the needs of legal professionals into clear product requirements, prioritizes ruthlessly, and works cross-functionally to deliver features that transform how lawyers work. Key Responsibilities Define and own the product roadmap, balancing user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility. Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and market discovery to inform product decisions. Write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams. Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, design, sales, and customer success. Qualifications 4+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS. Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive product decisions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Experience with agile development methodologies and product analytics tools. Preferred Experience Experience in legal technology, compliance, or professional services software. Technical background or comfort working closely with engineering teams. Familiarity with AI/ML product development lifecycles. #J-18808-Ljbffr
