Position Summary: Performs administrative tasks and activities to support Latitude's claim handling teams.

Responsibilities/Tasks:

• Order Reports - Order police reports, fire reports, or public record searches when requested.
• Client System Updates - Obtain information or documents from client systems and/or load information into client systems.
• Mail - Handle incoming and outbound mail.
• Office Support - Monitor and maintain appropriate levels for office supplies, equipment, and other materials. Complete light kitchenette cleaning and organization. Performs other general support duties.
• New Claims Entry - Enter new claim information into Latitude Systems.
• Telephone - Answer phone and directs incoming calls, answer basic questions, or take messages.
• Documents - Process documents; receive, sort, maintain, and update filing. Scan, sort, fax, and photocopy information. Work with spreadsheets and company systems to process and maintain records.
• Projects - Complete support projects when assigned.
