On-Call optional HVAC Technician and Installer position available

We are a second generation family HVACR shop looking for solid, hard working, and hungry HVAC technicians and installers.

Job Description: We are currently seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team at Becks Heating and Air Conditioning. The ideal candidate will have a valid EPA card, a minimum of one year of verifiable HVAC experience, and a clean driving record. If you are a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional with expertise in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, we invite you to apply for this rewarding position.

Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
Perform diagnostic tests and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues
Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance
Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with customers
Complete service and repair documentation accurately
Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards
Stay updated on advancements in HVAC technology and best practices
Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

Valid EPA card for handling refrigerants
Minimum of one year of verifiable experience as an HVAC Technician
Knowledge of HVAC systems, including troubleshooting and repair
Clean driving record and valid driver's license
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

We are a small family owned and operated HVAC shop with Residential, Light commercial and restaurant refrigeration accounts. We have been serving the northshore for 35 years and treat our customers like they were apart of the family. Located in Highwood we are a staple of the community and love where we live. We are a small, but growing company with plenty of room to grow your HVAC technical abilities.
