• Full-time, five days per week -- 8-hour or optional 4/9-hour shifts
• One evening shift per week: 9 am - 7 pm
• One Saturday or Sunday required per month
• 20 - 24 patients per 8-hour shift; 25 - 27 per 9-hour shift
• Primary care -- pediatric, adult, and women's care, all ages
• Primarily Spanish-speaking, farm-working patient population
• Office-based procedures required
• PA-C or FNP-C certification required
