Program Manager Non-Tech 4

We’re looking for Program Manager Non Tech 4, to join a leading client in Charlotte, NC. The main function of a non-IT project manager is to plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as engineering, research and development, financial systems and product roll-out, etc or any other non-IT based project.

Position- Program Manager Non-Tech 4

Location: hybrid to Charlotte, NC

What You’ll Do:

• Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
• - Strong ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
• - Strong leadership and mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback.
• - Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
• - Strong knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
• - Strong knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio etc.

What You’ll have:

1. Project Management

- 7+ years

- Schedule management, risk management, stakeholder coordination, reporting, meeting leadership

2. Construction Management

- 5+ years

- Field execution oversight, contractor coordination, construction progress monitoring, issue resolution

3. Electrical Infrastructure / Utility Projects

- 3+ years

- Experience with substations, transmission, distribution, utility coordination, energy infrastructure, or mission-critical facility projects

Location: Charlotte, NC

Pay Range: $80 - $85.00/Hour
