Job Summary
Support daily procurement operations by coordinating with internal stakeholders, vendors, and the procurement team. Maintain procurement records, process requisitions, assist with vendor inquiries, coordinate invoice/payment issues, schedule meetings, and ensure accurate reporting and administrative support.
Job Functions
- Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and business partners.
- Execute PeopleSoft queries and assign requisitions to buyers.
- Coordinate vendor payment and invoicing issues with Accounting.
- Maintain physical and electronic procurement records.
- Update procurement tracking reports and logs.
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and prepare meeting minutes.
- Respond to vendor inquiries and provide procurement support.
- Perform general administrative and procurement coordination tasks.
