About the Role
The Training Specialist is responsible for delivering training and orientation programs within a manufacturing or industrial environment. This role involves guiding new and existing employees through training sessions to ensure they understand operational procedures, safety protocols, and workplace standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions and orientation programs for new hires and current staff
• Ensure employees understand safety procedures and workplace policies
• Support onboarding activities by delivering instructional content effectively
• Maintain accurate training records and documentation in accordance with company standards
• Assist in developing training materials and tracking trainee progress
• Collaborate with supervisors to identify additional training needs
• Promote a safety-first culture through consistent training reinforcement
• Support Tier 2 requirements, including lifting up to 20 lbs during training activities

Required Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs as part of training activities (Tier 2 level)
• Availability to work according to the training schedule
• Effective communication skills for conducting instructional sessions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Prior experience in training or orientation delivery
