We're a busy, growing shop with steady, consistent volume, and we're looking for a setter who delivers clean, precise work and holds a high standard every time. Top performers: We're open to a higher, competitive rate for highly experienced setters based on bench test results. Schedule: Full-time, MondayFriday, day shift. What You'll Be Doing: Setting diamonds and gemstones prong, pav, channel, and more with precision and consistency. Stone tightening, repairs, and ring sizing. Polishing and finishing to production standards. Working with gold, platinum, and other precious metals. Keeping quality control tight so every piece leaving the bench is clean and secure. What We're Looking For: Strong, hands-on diamond/gem setting experience (not entry-level). Comfortable and confident working under a microscope with tight tolerances.
