Help Desk Technician

Department: Information Technology Direct Supervisor: Sr. Systems Administrator Status: Full-time Summary The IT Support Technician will provide first-line and desktop-level technical support for Windows and macOS environments, including computers, peripherals, mobile devices, applications, networking, conference room technology, and other end-user technology. This is a highly visible, customer-focused position that requires strong technical troubleshooting skills, excellent communication, professionalism, and a willingness to work directly with users to resolve issues quickly and efficiently. Location This is a full-time position based on site at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, FL. Responsibilities Provide timely, professional, and personalized technical support to all Hard Rock Stadium employees. Ability to troubleshoot error messages, apply patches or upgrades, and general support of Windows and MAC’s Install, configure and maintain laptops, desktops, and printers Perform hands-on fixes at the desktop level, including installing and upgrading software, installing hardware, and configuring systems and applications User Management, Active Directory, identify password related issues and provide resolution Assist users with Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and related services.
