Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Traveling Physical Therapist Opportunity

Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others? Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a traveling Physical Therapist where you'll help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Colorado PT license or compact privilege as required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings, including 60-minute evaluations and 30-minute follow-up treatment sessions preferred.
• Ability to perform comprehensive evaluations, develop and implement treatment plans, and document in accordance with state and federal guidelines.
• Experience delegating and directing discipline-specific therapy services and supervising students or aides preferred.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Outpatient.
• Shift: Other. Schedule follows a 5x8 cadence (five days per week, eight hours per day).
• Duration: 13 week assignment.
• Patient Visit Structure: 60 minute evaluations and 30 minute follow-up visits.
• May be required to float to other clinics within the region as needed.
