Minimum Requirements:

• Active California Board of Pharmacy license required. License documentation must be attached to submission.
• American Heart Association BLS certification required. Certification documentation must be attached to submission.
• Minimum 5 years recent pharmacy managerial experience in a hospital setting preferred.
• Experience functioning as Pharmacist in Charge or Pharmacy Manager preferred.
• Experience overseeing daily departmental operations, staff scheduling, and regulatory compliance preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a hospital pharmacy environment with supervisory responsibilities.
• Experience implementing quality assurance and performance improvement processes.
• Prior use of hospital EMR/pharmacy systems preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 08:00-17:00.
• Workdays: Monday - Friday.
• No on-call requirement; managerial role requires phone availability for issues.
• Manager role includes supervision of departmental staff, scheduling, and clinical dispensing responsibilities.
