Management Analyst I

ProSync is seeking a passionate Management Analyst I to provide analytical support to identify organizational challenges, evaluate performance, and develop data-driven recommendations for improvement. This role supports government stakeholders by conducting research, analyzing operational and financial data, and preparing written and oral reports that guide decision-making.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collect, review, and analyze organizational data to identify issues and recommend solutions.
• Define the nature and scope of problems and evaluate relevant metrics such as revenue, staffing, and expenditures.
• Conduct interviews with managers and employees and observe operations to understand workflows and organizational culture.
• Develop and apply mathematical models to support analysis and decision-making.
• Prepare written reports and present findings to government stakeholders.
• Support implementation of recommended improvements when required.

Requirements

• A Minimum of 3 years of experience in engineering/science management, operations research, or financial/cost analysis.
• Experience with Navy-based operations is preferred.

• A minimum Secret security clearance or higher is required to be considered for this position.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• A Bachelor's level degree or higher in Business, Finance or related field.
