Providence is calling for applications for our November 2026 RN Emergency Fellowship. An RN Fellow at Providence St Joseph Health will experience a guided transition into their new specialty through structured curriculum, experienced preceptors and hands-on learning. If you are an RN ready to transition to a new specialty and have more than 12 months of continuous RN work experience, the Providence Clinical Academy is for you. This position starts November 2, 2026.

Full-Time, Variable shifts available.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Upon hire: Alaska Registered Nurse License
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• Within 6 months (180 days) of hire: 1017 Trauma Nursing Core Course (Facility Managed)
• Within 6 months (180 days) of hire: 1017 Emerg Nursing Pediatric Course (Facility Managed)
• National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association within 6 months (180 days) of hire
• National Provider PALS - American Heart Association within 6 months (180 days) of hire
• 1 year of Nursing experience (new to specialty).

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
