Position: Construction Laborer (Concrete Restoration)

Responsibilities:
- Assist with concrete restoration, repairs, and surface preparation
- Support skilled tradesmen on active job sites
- Operate basic tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
- Follow all job site safety protocols and company procedures
- Ability to work on swing stages when required

Requirements:
- Prior construction experience is required (concrete restoration experience preferred)
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
- Ability to work outdoors in South Florida conditions
- Comfortable working at heights and on swing stages
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment at all times
