As a Level Three Technician, you’ll play a critical role in troubleshooting, enhancing, and optimizing irrigation systems for both residential and commercial properties. Level Three Technician Responsibilities:
Lead the troubleshooting and repair of advanced irrigation systems
Install and optimize smart irrigation controllers, flow sensing devices, and sensors
Enhance and retrofit existing systems for maximum efficiency
Install micro and drip irrigation systems, tailored to specific customer needs
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior technicians
Work independently and collaborate with other team members on complex projects
Assess residential and commercial systems using our proven SES® and CSA® processes
Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and system performance
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of documented experience in the irrigation industry with proficiency in troubleshooting, repair, and system optimization
Advanced technical knowledge of smart irrigation technology, flow sensing, and system enhancements
Clean driving record
Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
Results-driven with the motivation to earn production bonuses
Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering top-tier service
Ability to handle physical labor in various weather conditions and work in the field
