What You Will Enjoy Doing

Serve as a process expert in air separation, trace gas measurement equipment, and gas distribution systems; troubleshooting issues using formal root cause analysis and reporting methods. Train junior employees and guide plant technicians during complex operations while serving as a technical resource and staying current on emerging technologies. Define project and maintenance objectives, develop comprehensive plans, and manage cost and schedule across all project phases, including total cost of ownership for new systems. Further, you will act as the primary leadership interface with customers and deliver effective presentations to internal and external stakeholders. Apply PMI principles to execute work and drive continuous improvement in tools, processes, and methodologies. Champion new ideas, cost-saving initiatives, and innovative approaches to improve performance. You will be available for domestic travel and participate in an on-call rotation.

What Makes You Great

You have a B.S. or M.S. in Engineering with a minimum of four (4) years of process engineering and project management experience. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office products. Have experience with JD Edwards (preferred). You are familiar with PLCs, DCSs, and SCADA systems. Can travel up to 5% of the time to support project tasks and construction. Able to climb ladders and work at heights.
