Essential Functions Coordinate with multiple levels of staff (PMs and Engineers) tofinalizeproject plan presentations Coordinate with multiple levels of staff (PMs and Engineers) toestablishtimelines, deadlines, coordinate, and schedule meetings Organize, track, andmaintainproject and program documentation Participate in project/program meetings as requested Assistin the preparation of materials to support program meetings Assistwith processing staff expense reports andadjudicateissues Assistwith special projects and tasks from functional areas that support the IPPT Business Area Qualifications To be eligible, applicants must be pursuing a master’s degree inengineeringor related field or have completed their master’s degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age.
