HR Coordinator
The HR Coordinator supports the day-to-day human resources operations on a construction project, working directly on-site and reporting to the HR Generalist. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with both field and office personnel.
The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic, on-site setting and is comfortable balancing administrative responsibilities with direct employee interaction in a safety-focused, deadline-driven construction environment. This position will be onsite at our project in Boise, ID.
