Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project & Equipment Engineer to provide technical ownership of production equipment while ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and safety . This role partners closely with Maintenance, Process Engineering, and Operations to troubleshoot equipment issues, implement improvements, and support capital projects that enhance manufacturing performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure production equipment operates safely, reliably, and meets quality and production requirements
• Monitor equipment performance and improve uptime, consistency, and output
• Lead equipment troubleshooting and perform root cause analysis
• Review and approve equipment modifications, repairs, and upgrades
• Support Maintenance teams with technical troubleshooting and repair decisions
• Partner with Process Engineering to optimize equipment capability and process performance
• Design and implement equipment improvements while working with OEMs as needed
• Support capital equipment upgrades and new equipment installations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or related Engineering
• 5+ years of Manufacturing, Equipment Engineering, or Maintenance Engineering experience
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
• Experience supporting production equipment, manufacturing systems, and process integration
• Excellent problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills
