Business & Functional Requirements Gathering
Agile Delivery, Sprint & Backlog Management
Hands-on Jira & Confluence Administration
Project/Program Coordination & Executive Status Reporting
Knowledge Management & Documentation
Training Materials, Playbooks & User Guides
Cross-functional Stakeholder & Vendor Management
Strong Communication & Executive Presentation Skills
Practical experience with Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or other Enterprise AI tools

Preferred Experience:

Biopharma, Life Sciences, Healthcare Technology, or other regulated industries
Enterprise Search, Agentic AI, Semantic Search, or Knowledge Discovery Platforms
Market Intelligence / Competitive Intelligence / External Innovation
Exposure to platforms like AlphaSense, Patsnap, or similar
AI-enabled documentation, workflow automation, and knowledge management

Key Responsibilities:

Lead business process mapping and requirements gathering
Coordinate across business, product, engineering, and vendor teams
Manage Jira/Confluence, agile ceremonies, and backlog
Create executive reports, documentation, training content, and playbooks
Leverage AI tools to improve reporting, documentation, and workflow efficiency
