IT Program Manager | IT Product Construction
Miramar, Florida – Onsite

ARC Group is seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to lead and oversee multiple high-impact projects for a Fortune 500 organization in Miramar, FL. This position plays a key role in the IT Product Construction (Destinations) division, managing complex programs from initiation through delivery while ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, brand standards, and performance goals.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all projects within the assigned delivery program, ensuring on-time and on-budget execution that meets brand and operational objectives.
Serve as the primary liaison between IT Product Teams, Construction & New Build, Refurbishment, and cross-functional brand departments such as Operations, Design, Procurement, and Product Development.
Partner with key stakeholders to define scope, manage expectations, and ensure alignment across all project phases.
Champion IT product capabilities within destination and modernization projects, driving innovation and world-class execution.
Collaborate with external vendors and partners to coordinate deliverables and maintain quality and compliance standards.
Communicate effectively with executive leaders and cross-functional teams through clear, concise presentations, reports, and meetings.
Promote transparency, accountability, and proactive risk management throughout the program lifecycle.

Qualifications:

5 or more years of related experience managing complex, multi-departmental IT or construction-related programs.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Must be able to work on-site in Greater Fort Lauderdale, FL.
Must be able to work without sponsorship now or in the future.
