Recruiting Coordinator (Entry Level)

Role: Linqia is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building great candidate experiences from first outreach to onsite interviews. You’ll play a critical role in identifying top talent and keeping our recruiting operations running smoothly across our Sales, Marketing, Success, and Operations teams. Contract to hire What You’ll Do: Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand open roles and ideal candidate profiles Learn to proactively source and engage candidates using LinkedIn, Boolean searches, internal tools, and creative outreach strategies Craft thoughtful, personalized messages to generate interest in open roles Coordinate and schedule phone screens, interviews, and onsite meetings, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience Maintain accurate candidate data and keep our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) up to date Act as a key point of contact for candidates, helping guide them through the interview process Track recruiting activity and assist with reporting on key metrics Support employer branding and candidate experience initiatives Contribute to special projects and help improve recruiting processes over time Qualifications: Recent graduate or 0–1 year of experience in recruiting, HR, coordination, or a related field. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through Interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, or people operations Comfortable learning new tools and systems (experience with LinkedIn, Greenhouse, or Google Workspace is a plus, but not required) Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment Based in the SF Bay Area and able to commute to the San Francisco office 3x per week This position description is intended to describe the duties most frequently performed by an individual in this position.
