Growing together.The Clinical Manager provides leadership, supervision, and coordination of therapy services to ensure high-quality, compliant, and cost-effective patient care, while maintaining fiscal responsibility, facilitating patient care communication, and supporting referrals, scheduling, patient visits, and documentation as needed.Primary Responsibilities:Recommends employment decisions for staff to the director of operations, including decisions to hire, fire, advance, promote or change statusResponsible for overall quality of patient care and clinical performance of nurses and aidesOrganizes clinical operations for the care centerReviews requests for services and determines patient eligibility/suitability for home care services. Works with intake in coordinating patient referrals and admissionsOversees schedulingOversees payor verification and precertification requirementsReviews documentation of other staff members and ensures missing, incomplete and/or untimely documentation issues are resolvedAssists clinicians in establishing immediate and long-term patient goals, setting priorities and developing Plan of Care (POC)Regularly evaluates the needs of the patient and makes necessary revisions to the plan of care in collaboration with cliniciansMay provide direct patient care on an infrequent basis in times of emergencyParticipates in the on-call processAssists with training of staff to ensure quality care, compliance and fiscal responsibilityParticipates in the investigation and resolution of patient/family/physician concernsYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:Associate or bachelor's degree in nursingCurrent RN license, specific to the state(s) you are assigned to workCurrent CPR certificationOne year of clinical RN experience in home health or hospiceOne year of RN management experienceDriver's License and access to reliable transportationPay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $69,336 to $104,004 annually based on full-time employment.
