Job Summary Based in the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul, Minnesota, Allina Health is a not for profit 501(c)(3) organization, with 90+ clinics and 10 hospitals/13 campuses throughout the region including western Wisconsin. We are seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team at Cambridge Medical Center in Cambridge, MN (located about one hour north of Minneapolis). Key Position Details Cambridge Medical Center has 5 ORs and 1 designated endoscopy suite. Case mix includes ortho, ENT, GYN, general, endoscopy, podiatry, urology, and ophthalmology. Typical schedule is 7:00am – 3:30pm with peel‑off process. 1 in 7 weekend call rotation. Unrestricted call with 45‑minute response time. Full‑time equivalent is negotiable if part‑time is desired. Responsibilities Provides anesthesia care, including pre‑anesthesia assessment, patient positioning, anesthetic technique initiation, airway and cardiopulmonary management, and emergence and recovery support. Supplies peri‑anesthetic and clinical support: insertion of peripheral and arterial catheters, arterial punctures for blood sampling, participation in CPR, and implementation of respiratory and ventilator care. Collaborates with department team: makes decisions for patient/unit outcomes, establishes priorities, acts as a resource to peers, assumes charge responsibilities, mentors students or orientia, initiates improvement processes, and performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing program. Master’s degree from a nurse anesthetist program. Two or more years of experience as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (newer graduates may also be considered). Licensed registered nurse (RN) in Minnesota on hire. Licensed nurse anesthetist (RA) in Minnesota on hire. ACLS and BLS (Tier 2) certification within 180 days of hire. PALS certification upon hire. Physical Demands Medium work: Lift up to 32 lbs occasionally (per Allina Safe Patient Moving Policy) and up to 25 lbs frequently.
