Inbound/Outbound Receiver

Location: Vernon Hills
Pay: $21/hour
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (30-min unpaid lunch break and 2 paid 15min breaks)
Employment Type: Long Term Temp

About the Role: We are seeking reliable, experienced, and safety-conscious Warehouse Operators to join our growing team at a global distribution center. This position focuses on pick/pack operations and supports both inbound and outbound logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform receiving, picking, packing, and shipping tasks
Maintain strict adherence to productivity targets and operational procedures
Ensure quality standards and workplace conduct policies are met
Operate equipment safely and efficiently (forklift experience preferred) (Sit-down, Stand up & Cherry picker)
Use basic computer systems for inventory and order tracking

Qualifications:

At least 2-3 years of previous Warehouse experience required.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Basic computer skills
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
