Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $50 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Screen, evaluate, and treat patients to restore function and mobility
- Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans
- Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
- Supervise and support PTAs and Rehab Techs in accordance with practice acts
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families for comprehensive care
- Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, or BSPT)
- Active Alabama state PT license or ability to obtain one
- Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills
- Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs
- A passion for helping others achieve their best quality of life
Education
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT)
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in physical therapy assessment and treatment planning
- Proficient in patient evaluation and functional mobility training
- Excellent documentation and communication abilities
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations for PT practice
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach
