Qualifications:

• Current Speech-Language Pathology state license (Colorado)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
• Educator Certificate required
• Previous school-based SLP experience preferred
• Ability to supervise an SLPA
• Comfortable with caseloads of 50-55 students
• In-person availability (hybrid potential for candidates able to supervise onsite at least 3 days per week)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to early childhood students in-person
• Assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders
• Maintain compliance with school and state documentation
• Supervise a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
