We are offering a $2,000 Lvn sign-on bonus for full-time positions.
Avir Health Group is seeking a qualified day & night shift (6p-6a) and prn licensed vocational nurse (lvn) for 12-hour shifts to join our family!

Qualifications:
- Valid texas nurse license.
- Valid cpr certification.
- I.v. certification preferred.
- Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care.
