Apartment Maintenance Technician 2McKinley is looking for a motivated and energetic Apartment Maintenance Technician 2 to join our team located in Orlando, FL. Compensation: $21.00 - $24.00/Hourly.As the Maintenance and Grounds expert of your community you will be responsible for:Providing fast, friendly, and high quality maintenance service for our residents.Diagnosing problems and making repairs in areas such as, but not limited to: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, drywall repair, general cleaning, appliance maintenance and exterior structure maintenance.Preparing vacant apartments for our next resident by carefully inspecting, evaluating, and making any necessary repairs.Ensuring workplace safety through the participation of all applicable safety rules and requirements.Position Requirements:A minimum of 5 years of related experience and/or training is preferred. This includes plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting and carpentry.Desire to provide exceptional customer service with every interactionGreat communication skills along with displaying professionalism.Comfortable bringing and using your own set of basic hand tools at work.A valid Driver's License and reliable transportation is required for this position. You will need to drive your own vehicle around the property.A golf cart is not provided.
